What we collect

• Details you submit in our quote or contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off postcodes, preferred date, vehicle/job type and any message.
• Booking and job records once you become a customer, including addresses and inventory notes.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Basic technical data (such as anonymous usage statistics) if analytics are enabled on the site.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you a quote and to arrange, carry out and invoice your move or delivery.
• To contact you about your enquiry or booking, including confirmations and driver updates.
• To meet our legal, insurance and accounting obligations.
• Only with your consent, to send occasional offers — you can opt out at any time.

Lawful basis

We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract and to perform that contract, to comply with legal obligations, and — where relevant — on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in running and improving our service.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the crew and drivers assigned to your job, and with trusted providers who help us operate — for example our form-delivery service (Web3Forms), payment processors and insurers — all bound to keep it secure. We may disclose data where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is kept for up to 12 months. Booking and financial records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and insurance requirements, then securely deleted.

Your rights

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Ask us to delete your data where we no longer need it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for marketing.
